The ordering process was simple and the delivery arrived as arranged at the time stated. The driver Sukhraj was friendly and helpful which always gives a good impression. I haven't built the shed yet but all the required materials and Instructions are here so hoping it goes smoothly.

So easy No probs

I bought a shed from this company - Shire Lumley Traditional Wooden Summer House - and the doors of the shed with a glass panel were full of glue which means that paint doesn't stick to the wood. I called the company and they were awful - they put the phone down on me because I was talking too much and when I called back and asked to speak to the manager - Ash - he wasn't available and never called me back. Stay away from them.

Large selection of garden items to choose from, when ordering I would create an account before purchasing as doing it after does not link your order to your account. Customisation options were available and the whole checkout and delivery process was smooth.

The shed was not as good a quality as expected. The instructions for the roof are poor. For £300 I think it's very poor.

Ordered a beck wood shiplap Apex roof garden . After it was delivered and erected by a third party it was nothing like on the website.Due to missing pieces and incorrect building of the shed it looked like a pent roof shed. Disappointed at the finished product contacted the customer service via email. Olivia,my point of contact via email and phone listened to my concerns attentively. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation. The replacement shed is work in progress. Appreciate Olivia’s efforts to help.Her customer service skills are exemplary,second to none. Thank you Olivia.

Everything went smoothly, good communication, no problems erecting shed, all pieces arrived. Very pleased and would recommend.

The container we bought was ideal for the job we wanted, however it does seem on the flimsy side, hopefully this won’t cause problems in the future. There was slight damage to one of the roof panels but it was eventually replaced without any problems. Construction was fairly straightforward but the drawings don’t show which way is up on the panels around the side and doors, an arrow and/or imprinted the word top would make things much easier.

Very expensive but seems to be one of the better sheds I’ve had over the years
