Ordered a 12ft x 8ft shed. Who ever pre-made the panels and floor need a talking to. Base doesn't line up properly leaving gaps, panels don't line up properly also leaving gaps which will have to be sealed to stop rain getting in, nails poking out the sides where they haven't been hammered in correctly, Some nails fell out whilst building the shed. Window frames could have been put together before hand to make it easier for customers. Overall it feels half assed, like the people pre-building the panels couldn't be bothered. Shed also looks completely different from the photos, like the wood is different, different colour, different quality.
I purchased a small summer house from shed store. It was delivered by John on time, he put it all in my garden where I asked. The instructions weren’t complicated in themselves , the booklets (9) were for the assembly of all sizes and shapes. It would have been so much easier to have had one booklet specifically for our shed . It became apparent that 2 acrylic panels were missing. I rang up on the day we put it up, it took about 10 days to deliver those panels , I would have appreciated more urgency to rectify the situation . However all finished now and I am very pleased with the summer house.
Excellent service from the driver Shezad - an asset to the company. He was very helpful and unloaded the shed where I wanted. I have not checked all the contents but shed appears to be all there. I'll see over the weekend. But delivery was excellent and was kept up to date with delivery slots.

The company was quick to confirm purchase and then updates on progress. Got a message on the day with a 2 hr window and also a phone call when driver was 10/15 mins away. Couldn't fault them at all. Made them a cuppa and off they went to the next Happy customer 👌😉
