Shed delivery was delay by a few days, but the company did communicate with us and it did arrive at the later date, when they said it would. Driver was friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Would use this company again. Shed is installed now, and looks good.

Decent little shed (6x4) Aside from the shed, I'm not happy that the base cost 65 quid. For what it is an absolute joke, daylight robbery to be honest. Do not opt to buy a base frame. Other than that I'd suggest a 2 man build

Good arrived on the day they said they would. The timing was out but that was expected with all the disruption on the roads at that time.

This is the first and definitely last time I purchase one of these metal self-assembly buildings. The paperwork says 2 men will take 3-6 hours to complete the construction. I seriously doubt that an F1 Pit Crew could achieve that time. I have spent longer than that trying to complete the roof alone. The basic issue, apart from the very vague pictorial instructions, is that like all flat-pack items, they are inherently unstable until you fit the last piece which stabilises the whole structure. With flat-pack furniture that is manageable as the various parts have some rigidity. However, with this structure, we are using very light gauge steel at lengths of over 8 feet. With the amount of flexing and twisting that is involved, it is very nearly impossible to get all the pieces lined up. I am very close to the point of giving up before even completing the roof section and just scrapping the item and replace with a wooden structure. I would liken the assembly of this item as "assembling a 3-D jigsaw of huge proportions from extra long and flimsy erector set using a vague picture as a guide". So in summary, If you have a full week to spare and a team of helpers on hand, give it a go. Otherwise, spend a little more and get a pre-assembled structure to save you lots of time and end up with a building that will last.

Ordering online made mistake of not listing differently the billing address from the delivery address. It was not obvious and I didn’t see an option. Be good if you could improve that?

This was our 2nd shed from shedstore ,the first about 8 years ago and still in good condition.I admit great patience is required to install the shed and instructions could be clearer but all worked out in the end.no problem recommending this company l

The driver was polite and was very informative on how the items were stacked. He moved the roofing felt to a safe area so it would be better protected whilst waiting to be used.

I purchased a summer house from shedstore this September, the purchasing transaction was seamless. The delivery was on the day specified & the driver was very helpful. But while the flat packed summer house was still on the lorry both the driver & myself noticed that damage to one of the base panels was evident probably by the fork lift while loading another pallet behind mine. Both the driver & myself took photo evidence & I signed the delivery documentation stating that there was damage. I emailed both shed store & the shire with the photos stating that I needed a replacement panel ASAP as I have builders waiting to assemble the summer house. I got an initial " we have received your email & it's being dealt with" reply later that day. 2 more days past with no contact so I rang the customer care number & the operator told me they could see my complaint & they are contacting the supplier & I SHOULD WAIT FOR A PHONE CALL BACK WITH A RESPONSE! that was 7 DAYS AGO & I HAVE RECEIVED NO CONTACT BY SHED STORE OR ANY ONE ELSE. Incidents happen like the fork lift damage but it the true worth of a company on how they react & respond to the Incidents, SHED STORE policy is to do nothing & hope the problem goes away. I find it interesting that I received the trust pilot application just after I placed the order & I find most of the positive responses are about the sales service & the negative ones are when the product arrives & been erected. Part of the trust pilot procedure is that the shed store have to respond to my complaint but my guess is that I will get the same cut & paste response I have read in other complaints. I have to pay a carpenter to cut out & replace the damage section at a cost to myself as it is clear that shed store is going to do nothing. I strongly advise that you take your business elsewhere.
