Delivered on time by very pleasant and helpful delivery person. However, awaiting a replacement panel for one which was faulty.

Shed/logcabin arrived as arranged. At first it looked great, but quickly learned issues. 1) shed door came pre fabricated in frame but either through laziness or sheer ignorance the cabins door and window frames came unassembled (why is beyond me) 2) after building and weather sealing the log cabin I have now noticed the shed door frame swelling and deforming to the point the door no longer actually locks due to deformation of frame (could have been avoided by securing the frame to the logs however instructions advise not to do this) 3) gaps on cabin doors leave locking mech fully exposed 4) multiple logs were riddled with knots which have since fallen out due to shrinkage and swelling leaving about 30 holes all over the cabin which require plugging with silicone or filler. Honestly given the price this is just unacceptable and I would advise to not waste your money and look elsewhere. Thankfully I have carpentry experience so can resolve these issues however others may not be so fortunate.

Good ordering and delivery, that is where it ends. Labels marking each item are poorly applied and in some cases hard to read due to low ink on the label. Some bags of screws had no numbers on them so we had to hope for the best that we were using the right ones. Instruction book has basically no written instructions just rather poorly drawn which were between impossible and vaguely possible to decipher. We relied on private individuals who have posted on YouTube to work out how to put each section together, the YardMaster YT video was not always accurate. As others have said the roof took all day to make due to poor instructions, poor labelling and poorly constructed parts where pre-drilled holes did not meet up. You MUST have a flat solid base to build this metal 10x10 shed. We found the base and walls a little easier to construct they took around 2-3 hours. It is essential that you have two strong people to lift and place the roof and even with two it is a challenge until it settles, you then need to undertake a slow process and getting all the sides slotted correctly to the roof. We used all the correct screws and washers and yet the roof leaks, we will follow the other people's advice and buy at our extra expense some silicone to seal these but disappointed this is happening. Final words - never again, we just hope the shed when we have it water tight is good for a few years. You need resilience and commitment plus a multitude of patience if you buy this shed so be cautious.

Good experience fast delivery

the price was good, the site offered a great product choice and the delivery date was earlier than expected.

The washers supplied for the shed are of hard plastic which does not seal in the rain. It leaked like a sieve and ruined about £500 worth of tools and stores. I had to put silicone sealant on all of screws/washers.

Contacting the company was seamless and simple and the decision making process was relatively straightforward but more information could be made available about the options. Feedback after the purchase could be improved i.e.updates on the progress of the shed and anticipated delivery dates.

Very disappointed with the product - cheap materials, very flimsy would blow down in a matter of months. Don't waste your time or money. Despite saying 6ft x 3ft this plastic shed is approx 5ft 7 yet they clearly mark it as being 6ft x 3ft on all paper work, emails and instruction booklet. Palram Canopia plastic shed

Order shed it said 5-10 days delivery, I’m still waiting after 12 days and still not heard anything about when it’s going to be delivered

First and foremost, When the shed was delivered, there was only one person and nobody else to help him. The floor pieces were too big to be transported to my rear for one person that everything else had to dropped off in my driveway as the driver stated he was required to drop them all off in 1 spot. The driver was a lovely chap and even called his supervisor to ask if he can drop everything else apart from the floor board to the rear but he was told that everything had to be in 1 spot and cannot be compromised to take pictures. I had to ask my shed guys to put it to the rear for extra charge. Secondly, When the shed guys started building, some of the sheds pieces had small holes in them, small chunks of woods missing, cracks, splits, etc. Not sure or confident about the quality of the shed. The windows size seem off for which I will be contacting the customer service now as the guys that were putting the shed said the size did not match. Overall, very disappointed with the experience from shed store. I would have returned the shed if i had noticed these before the guys started putting them together.
