Delivery was great, the driver was helpful, considerate and polite.
Unfortunately my shed arrived with a warped panel and a hole. It was cheap so you get what you pay for but I was still very disappointed by the quality. When I complained I was told to fill the hole and no guarantee panels would not be warped. Would definitely not last 25 years!

First I have to say the delivery driver was an absolutely 5 star he put it next to our pre made base , very polite and friendly. Was delivered within a few days of ordering and kept updated from order to delivery. Quality of the shed is good and well made hardest bits were putting windows in and roof. Overall very pleased 😀
It is 10 days past the last promised delivery date, and I have had no communication to tell me what happened. When I called up yesterday, I was told that Shed store is just an online agent for manufacturers, which I hadn’t known before, no is that made clear on the website. The customer service agent promised me that she would have the manufacturer contact me, but it is now the evening of the following day and I have received no communication from them. Very disappointed and unacceptable.
Bad experience, delivery driver and colleague would not carry the shed pieces up a couple of steps. Left the shed leaning up in drive way. Was on my way to work (NHS Nurse) but had to quickly move all pieces on my own while the two men just watched me. Wouldn’t have left the shed pieces in drive way as they might have been stolen. Shed pieces not the best quality, some bits were rotten. Instructions were poor and roof felt looked like it was made my a toddler - crumbling apart and not fit for use. So overall would not recommend. Go to B and Q or equivalent where the quality is much better.

Good value shed, delivered as promised. The instructions are a little more complicated than need be, because there is a standard set for all sheds, which means picking through to see what applies to yours. Lots of spare screws supplied, which was helpful.
The Products are good, but the service is terrible. When I ordered a shed, I paid £400 to have it installed, but the Installer came and made all sorts of excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. I got a refund and got my own chap to do it. He did a really good job for half the price and said the supposed excuses did not apply in any way. The downside to the Product is the fixings which are cheap and flimsy, especially the window fixings. As for the door, my chap had to include extra to hold the door flush and he needed to add a full length 3x2" piece of wood in order to fix the roof.
Easy to order, delivery on time by a really helpful driver and a knowledgeable and efficient response to a follow up call about the assembly instructions. Excellent all round service-would certainly use again
