Brilliant no fuss strait forward purchase five stars from me

Very easy site to use. Great price.i am waiting on my delivery which I was told it's between 2_3 weeks.

The shed itself looks solid and in good condition, delivery driver very pleasant and helpful, installation guidelines abit tricky but with time I was able to get around it, it's definitely a two man job, but overall very good product for the price.

Excellent help on the help line, easy to use website

I purchased a shed from Shedstore because of their stated aim to deliver and install within 2-3 weeks. Two weeks after ordering I eventually received a deliver date after chasing the company. It then took another week to get an installation date again after chasing the company for a date. The installation date is scheduled for tomorrow 5 weeks after ordering. The customer service, notification of order progress and timeliness does not match the expectations of the website

I am very disappointed with my 10ft by 6ft shed. Firstly the delivery was 2 hours late with no notification that it would be. most of the panels had holes in and gaps in the construction. Despite the webpage saying what fantastic quality it was, I was told by an employee, just stuff shipped in from Poland . Nothing fits together properly, some wood is warped. Some of the worst panels have been replaced but the people who were putting the shed together say its so bad they don't want to be involved in constructing it with the new panels. Bottom line is that I have a flat pack shed in my garage that I can't find anyone to construct.

Delivered order on time with good communication throughout. One small item missing from my shed however easily resolved with email to customer care. Great Service 👍

Forest Garden Summerhouse. First off, the good points. Good looking building, excellent delivery, very helpful driver. I love the look of my summerhouse and enjoy using it when the weather is good. However, due to design and manufacturing flaws, it is proving impossible to make weathertight. Water gets in every time it rains, under the doors, in the corners of the windows and through panel gaps that you can see daylight through due to poor manufacture. I’ve made extra weatherproof strips and already used 3 tubes of external sealant to seal gaps and still haven’t completely stopped all the water ingress. They say you get what you pay for but I’ve had inexpensive sheds in the past and never had one that leaks as badly so I cannot recommend this product and have serious doubts on how long it will last.

Easy to use although did say free delivery although I was charged.

Your telephone receptionist is very good and polite to your customers. She is worth looking after as most do not want to know or care.

Good service, swift delivery, good value for money shed

Easy to order and good delivery communication throughout with a choice of days. What a change to meet a delivery person who seemed to care and enjoy their work. Penko was very polite, friendly and obliging. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I will be ordering again.

I can not be more dissatisfied with this shed. I spent over £1000 on a 10x20 shed. The whole thing is misaligned, the base panels were too large to fit the whole run of panels, the roof truss brackets are the wrong angle, making the top of the roof a whopping 9cm wider than the base. The screws are awful. The windows are the most useless things I have ever seen. The instructions are pointless - they are not clear. Given the money I have spent I still have lots of adjustments to do to make this shed last.

Haven’t received the shed yet, it’s not due till Friday. All good so far. Hopefully they will continue to be helpful.

Not put shed up yet but looks good, with very clear instructions,delivery driver was superb. Order process very easy.

Delivered on time by Mitch & Coxy. They were really pleasant and placed the pieces carefully where I requested. The shed looks good but as yet it is still to be made up. I'm sure it will go together well. Thank you for an 'excellent' experience.
