I VE just taken delivery of the shed today and at the moment I’m not in position to leave a review. Other than the packaging is in good condition and I’m waiting on two gentlemen to put it together for me next weekend , weather permitting. Regards William

Very happy with the purchase. I was given a time slot for the selected delivery date. The delivery man turned up on time and was kind and helpful. The product came with necessary screws and detailed assembly instructions.

All round a good experience from Shedstore. The lady that contacted me (Tracey?) before delivery was polite and helpful and the delivery drivers, Penko and Christian were superb. Christian managed to get a large truck down a narrow road without the usual whinging I get from delivery drivers with much smaller vehicles. Both drivers were friendly and helpful unloading the shed.

My shed was delivered and i turned it away saying it was the wrong one, and of course i was very disappointed. I have to admit it was MY mistake getting confused with overlap and shiplap, blame my age!! Shedstore were fabulous and sent me the same shed a week later, and i did apologise to all

Great product but a little tricky to assemble particularly with two screws missing and somewhat concise instructions. Delivery was scheduled for between 7-9am… a bit early to be honest, but then the delivery guy turned up at 6.30am (not ideal) when it was still dark so had to hope that all the components were present. One of the neighbours commented about how stupidly early it was.

This was the second time I placed an order for the same items. They were very good quality which is why I ordered more. Eventually the order went through but initially the website was very confusing as it still had my earlier order on it and so I had to delete it first. It took me round in circles at first but all was well in the end. The website ordering system could have done better.

Delivery of shed good the two gentleman were very polite and helpful. Disappointed in the quality of the wood of which didn't really fit together that well. Window covering very flimsy and ill fitting. Very Disappointed as was not a cheap purchase .

So far so good was kept updated regarding the delivery Brian Coleman was a real gent arrived lovely and early very pleasant unloaded the shed by himself , not put it up yet but hoping all goes well great service

STOP!! don't go any further with purchasing from this company. My 84 year old mother ordered on line, didn't get prove of purchase and when the shed arrived it was the wrong size. We would of rectified this earlier if we had had the proof of purchase. Then we had to pay the return fee so it cost £50 with no help or care for my mothers age. The people in charge of this company don't care about you as a customer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LOCAL
