The engineer,Nicu,arrived on time and proved to be very knowledgeable with my dishwasher and its potential problem. Solved the leak in the pump in a short time. Very pleased.

Excellent job. We had quite a few texts before the visit. Then Simon, the engineer, texted 15 mins before he was about to arrive, which was very helpful. He quickly worked out the oven needed a new element and had come prepared with the right spare. Fitted quickly and finished the job I no time. All the while he was chatty, polite and helpful.

Had a very lovely engineer come out called Bill, to fix my washer. He work diligently and kept my home clean and tidy as he worked. He was very friendly, completed the job quickly even testing the washer to make sure all was well before he left. Honestly can't fault the engineer nore the service provided.

Appointment not confirmed, the technician turned up at my place out of the blue. I've been notified long after he was done 😅 The inspection consisted in LISTENING the faulty washing machine and diagnosing it as electronically main board been faulty (the most expensive part probably).. Honestly I was expecting a little bit more in depth investigation for such a conclusion but what do I know... he was the expert, right? Well, is my frustration that has written this review. At least I hope I've learnt my lesson for next time... not worthed!
