Although at the first visit the engineer did not have the necessary part to make the repair, he was able to enable us to keep the washing machine usable until he had received the replacement part, which was quickly fitted.

Speedy response to my request for washing machine engineer. He was very experienced and quickly diagnosed and ordered the new part. A few days later he has returned and fitted the part working in a methodical way.
