Gabriel came to fix my washing machine which wasn’t doing the final wash and spin. He identified the problem straight away(the carbon brushes needed replacing) And went about fixing. I have to say the whole experience from arranging an appointment on the phone to the engineer coming out was very pleasant. The staff are all extremely courteous and friendly.I would highly recommend this company
Excellent service, diagnosed issue with my washing machine very quickly, fortunately it was a quick fix but glad they were able to sort it out without too much fuss. Highly recommended will be keeping their details incase i need someone in the future. 5 *

Our expectations were delivered in full & the Engineer was a great guy.
The repair guy turned up and said unfortunately my Rangemaster Kitchener cooker was obsolete and he couldn't get spare sparts for a fix but even so there was a £60 call out fee to pay.
Chris the engineer, kept me updated as to when the part had arrived & also when he was due attend.
The engineer came as promised. He was friendly and efficient. We were happy with the service.
