Dreadful people, Try to scam £70 out of you just to visit. I specifically requested a phone call from so called “engineer” to see if appliance fixable. 10 mins later engineer texted to say arriving soon charge £70 to ‘look at’ item refused to do phone call. Told not to visit, and required me to cancel “call out Request” Fixing an item is minimum £100. Complaint service Claire Mcmillan continually asked for more info (that was already provided) stringing me along with no intension of resolving or taking acton. I.e. fully cognisant of the scam to get £70 for nothing. All a scam, avoid, Rogue Buisiness.
Good communication, told me what they where going to do and when, upfront about costs, did as they said, the gents that turned up was a true gent as well.

Be aware! Company will charge you £70 for engineer visit! Service £95 plus parts. No diagnostics from engineer no inspection. After 2 minutes he left and told me that he will call me within 2 hours. Never called. Two days later they send me invoice for job without any communication.
