Contacted service site on Sunday tea time and they contacted me within an hour to arrange to visit they came at 8.30 next morning and successfully completed the repair

Sounds as if it wasn't worth repairing - cleared the water, but gas is escaping. I have paid £94.80 and will probably have to buy a new fridge in next couple of weeks. Would have preferred to have been told it wasn't any good and just a £60 charge if unable to repair

The communication was good from the outset & Dan arrived when he said he would and brought along the right part, fitted it & then tested the oven to ensure it was fully operational.

Absolutely pathetic company. Engineer first attended in August 22 to fix our oven. Wasn't fixed in time for Christmas. Still not fixed ( mid January 23). Have called 4 times...promised a call back...never happens. Do not go anywhere near this company. Oh and the "engineer" I use the term very loosely, left screws on our kitchen floor which my wife stood on.
Good communication with the engineer. Easy to change appointment time. He came at right time & completed repair efficiently. Checked there was no longer a leak when washing machine was run.

Friendly service with direct communication with the engineer prior to arrival. During the visit the engineer was fast, thoughtful and transparent with work completed. I’ll be calling again…but hopefully not too soon.
My initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. I was told an engineer Dan would be available the following day and that hecwould contact me to arrange a time . I was asked if I understood the pricing policy, which I did. I received a call from Dan within 30 mins . We discussed the problem with the washing machine and agreed a time slot . On the day I received a message confirming the 2hr slot. Dan arrived on time and explained why the fault had occurred and what he would have to do to rectify it . I was delighted that his approach to the work didn’t involve removing the machine from its housing. He was a very amiable person . I have no hesitation in recommending him.
