The engineer attended but the fault was unresolved. I contacted the company the same day and another appointment was made……no one contacted me or turned up……i have contacted the company 3 times and haven’t had a response…..have also tried phoning the company and telephones are temporarily out of order…..i paid £93 in trust and have no response and my machine remains broken

A new bulb was inserted in my Neff oven. The next day it exploded. I have tried phoning them but receive a message that the number is out of service.
