The engineer was courteous and knowledgeable and all went to plan.
Ionut was a very pleasant engineer. Knowledgeable, quick, clean and efficient.
After reporting the fault, the engineer came round the next day. My washing machine needed a new pump and the engineer had one in his van. He fixed it there and then snd was only round for about an hour or so!
Engineer was on-time. Friendly, skilled & confident. Careful & methodical. Isolated the problem, worked through it & completed the work successfully. Cleaned-up afterwards.

He did not take the machine apart to investigate the problem. He is now guessing that it could be the heating element, even though I put one load of washing through before it stopped again. I am now going to refuse to pay unless somebody comes again and thoroughly checks the machine properly.

Good communications throughout but engineer didn’t have a card reader so we had to pay by cash as elderly mother can’t do bank transfers. Also, expected the bill to be £79 as there were no parts involved but was in fact £94 as VAT added. That wasn’t clear when I booked the job, otherwise everything was fine
