Disher was repaired but engineer damaged the door, I have contacted customer service however they haven't responded.
So helpful and friendly and gave me knowledge of how to not make mistakes using my machine

On the terms and conditions which you need to accept before technician visit there are charges for call out and diagnosis of the appliance problem which is acceptable but there is additional 20.00 pounds + VAT if your appliance is repairable which technically all appliances can be repaired (most of the time) but in my opinion if the repair is almost same as the new product then 20.00 pounds shouldn't be charged. Or simply add it to overall cost for call out engineer and then it's all clear. So in my case fridge / freezer stopped cooling so the verdict was compressor burned out : cost of repair about 500.00. I think I will get a new one. So I have paid an extra 24.00 pounds for the information that it can be repaired.
Kept me informed of times and cost. Engineer was polite and brilliant at his job Altogether a really good job.

turned up on time, ordered the required part and returned a couple of days later to fix.
I booked for the service on a Friday and the service person came promptly the very next Monday. I had a faulty fridge and within minutes, he identified the problem with it and rectified it within an hour. I paid the quoted service charge and no extra payment was required. Update : The fridge again got faulty within two weeks and back to the old condition. Even after repeated attempts to contact the service person or the website, there was no response from them. Felt disappointed with that sort of no response even after spending £94 for the service !! Update 2 : Changing the review to one star as there is no response either from the website or from the service person. The reply from the website below this review is just a farce to show that they care. Better to avoid this service who doesn't care about neither their work nor the customers.
