I recently had an issue with my washing machine not draining properly. Thankfully, I booked through Service Site Appliance Repairs who had assinged Rene whom came along with his colleague. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. It turned out that the pump filter needed to be replaced, which was a simple fix. He even walked me through the process of ordering the necessary part, making the entire experience a breeze. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rene. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any washing machine issues, and will definitely be calling him again in the future. Thanks again for your help!

I would not give this company one star, but had to give one star to be able to write a review. I booked an engineer on the 27/02/23 to repair my dishwasher, the appointment was arranged for the 02/03/23. The engineer came and told me I needed a new pump. He said he would sort out the part and call me. I paid the call out charge £70.80. Not long after he left, I got an email to say the dishwasher was beyond repair. The dishwasher is not even 2 years old. I have tried to get in contact with the engineer but he will not answer . I rang customer services they told me to send them a email about the problem which I did. No reply from the email and customer service not answering the phone. This has got to be a scam.

From straight forward booking process. Very quick appointment. Problem solved quickly had parts on the van. Friendly and knowledgable engineer.

When an appliance breaks down, foremost in a customers priorities is a quick response with a quick return to working order at a reasonable price. Very happy with the response time of Servicesite. Had to wait for a part but still repaired in good time. A bit more expenisve that I had thought but the 'green' thing to do!

I haven’t received an invoice but received a threatening text message asking for payment. I can’t pay but have asked for invoice but to date still haven’t received it.

Initial contact and to when the engineer turned up and made a diagnosis was very short and quick. It then dragged out taking 12 days from day one in total. The engineer turned up to fit the two new parts, only bringing one ! It was days later that he turned up with the second part to complete the repair. One side panel was left bent on my machine and various screws missing. He put the kick board back on with one inch screws from his tool box and left it loose. Only thing that came out of the experience is my machine is working again, eventually.
