Contacted Service Site due to our fridge-freezer being broken. They assigned someone very quickly to come out and look at it. The engineer was then able to then fix the issue there and then. The engineer was also in contact with me about arranging to come and fix the issue and then when they were on their way. The service was very good and we are fortunate the issue could be resolved there and then!
Engineer appeared on time - great communications prior to that. Was able to diagnose and replace the part very efficiently and quickly.
Arrived a lot sooner than expected (working not far away), assessed the issue with our washing machine and fixed it immediately, happy days !
