Bullying appalling experience. Don’t request anything from them!! I tried to get a quote and am now receiving bullying emails and texts that cannot be blocked every single hour. Utterly disgraceful behaviour. I will not be using this service due to the appalling experience
Quick repair
The company has a very good website that pulls you in and gets you to book an appointment. but what it doesn't say plainly is that it uses sub-contractors across the country to complete the repair and these can be a nightmare to work with. The main office is efficient but have no control over the sub-contractors who work independently from the company and have their own priorities. As sub-contractors they also do not seem to work to the company contractual guidelines and you can get an unexpected bill. WATCH OUT
Prompt, polite, efficient and professional
Having spoken to me and said that he had to order a part and would be visiting 5 days later -which was ok, tel. next day to say he was on his way to call at 8 am ! Appreciated his experience and knowledge and advice but gave me instructions as to what to try first to avoid expensive repairs which might not work, in order not to have to buy a new fridge /freezer.
Ben was friendly and found out what was wrong with the dishwasher quickly and repaired it very well. I am very grateful and happy with the service we received from Ben.

Repairer was fixing ignition for cooker. He didn't let me vlean stove in between the parts. I wasn't feeling welcomed to do it. Not 5 star service
