Your service Engineer was really polite and helpful. My only negative comment is the fixed call out price is to much and then VAT is added. So £98 for 15 minutes was excessive.

The initial contact and appointment was very efficient however since then it has been a different story! The engineer that attended said he could not source the part but when asked what the part was did not respond, I spoke to a representative who said he would find out but didn't, I have tried the call centre that never answer and either the call back option doesn't work and when I did get through on the number I originally had joy with and started explaining the situation they hung up on me!! 2 stars only because of the initial response times, wouldn't use again.

Service site appliance repair have responded to my initial customer review and stated that they have supported me in securing a refund, they have given me the name and address of their sub-contractor but not secured a refund they have passed that responsibility to me. The person I paid at the time at the time was their employee and their company representative (so I thought) but they seem to imply that they work totally independently from the company thus being able to provide a quick service. Yes the initial response was quick but once the sub-contractor had made the initial visit getting the repair completed entailed numerous phone calls and text messages to get a response. This Company is very dubious as it contracts directly with the customer and then seems to pass off any responsibility to the sub-contractor saying they work independently (NOT TRUE) they are sub-contractors and thus their employees. At no time during the entire repair process was I informed that the person in my house was a sub-contractor and when asked for payment I thought I was paying Service Site but in fact I was paying the sub-contractor, this is misleading representation by the company and their representative.
They are friendly, very competent and do not have a call-out charge. :-)
