I had Jay attend my property to fix my dishwasher. He said it was the heater element and it would cost £98 plus VAT and delivery. When i looked for a heater element from AEG it said £73 free delivery. So I decided not to get dishwasher fixed. I got someone else out today and they said there is nothing wrong with the heater element. So glad i refused to get fixed with Jay. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Regular Emails as to how things were progressing both from the company and the engineer which was much appreciated. Parts were sauced as swiftly as possible and the engineer arrived on the day and time specified. The only criticism is that it was rather expensive.
Jeremy was very professional he had to come and replace the belt in my tumble dryer he ordered the part and came back to fix it. Then he found out that the spindle had broken. Again he ordered the part and came and fixed both parts. He also kept me informed when he was coming great job from I great man.your company should be proud of him
FURTHER UPDATE: SEXIST AND RUDE JUST BEEN TOLD "I DO NOT SOUND A VERY NICE WOMAN" AND HUNG UP ON, BARRY IS A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL MAN I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEY WILL ISSUE A REFUND AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT RAISE A COMPLAINT AND YOU WILL ONLY GET ANY RESPONSE IF YOU POST PUBLICALLY. THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS, SPEAK OVER YOU, CALL YOU LOVE REPEATDLY AND CALL YOU A SILLY WOMAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! UPDATE: ABSOLUTE CON DO NOT USE After the response to the review I was hopeful that they would put this right and they even confirmed to me by email and over the phone they charged the wrong amount and a refund would be issued on 27/04. This was a complete and total lie and I have chased no less than 6 subsequent times for this refund. I will now raise with the ombudsman and my bank seems to be the only way to get the refund Paid £110 to be told to turn it off and on again and if that doesn’t work get a new one!
Booking the appointment was easy, and we heard back from the engineer very quickly. The job was completed on the day. No complaints at all.

I rang twice in a fortnight no one answered the phone or got back to me even though it gave you a number to call. However I did it online and I received an email the next day. I booked my app for my convenience and was delighted with the engineer Wayne. It was a very quick app, job done and no mess.
Good and fast service
I have just received an invoice from service site for a call out that never happened, the repair was carried out by a local man over a year ago , service site never attended my address ever but are asking me for £70.80 and sent me an invoice yesterday 25/04/2023 , for a call out that never happened , I've since asked for my signature proof , if indeed they did attend as of today, I await in anticipation for their reply ! Addendum I didn't realise that servicesite sub contracted their work out to other people, on the day the w/m was in need of repair I had trawled through different sites on Google so when a year later post repair of washing machine I got an email to say that I owed £70:80 , its a good job I kept the man who did the repairs, number, else I probably wouldn't have had a leg to stand on, as I don't keep receipts after 12months. Usually I'm pretty good with receipts , it's all sorted now with service site, but it took them a year to send an email !! I'm going to stick with local recommendations from now on , and not get caught up in 3rd parties!! Lesson learned , stress on top of stress is no good for your health when you read, recovery company at the end of a letter when you know full well ,you have paid in full to the person who did the repairs!!

Terrible company who take the money without the repair being done despite waiting 4 weeks. No one gets back to you despite phone calls emails and messages left. Poor poor poor service avoid at all cost.
