Garry the repair chap came at a time convenient to me, detected the problem and ordered the part after searching for the best price. He returned a week later and fitted the part. Excellent service from a very nice polite chap. I would most definitely use him again.

Even though the engineer wasn't able to fully fixed my issue, he managed to refund me the full cost I had spent in the part he ordered.

When originally booking I sent all the details as requested then was advised that I had not sent model details of washer ( which I had already done)presuming the engineer would arrive as agreed with the new seal to complete the job. Engineer arrived after some confusion with appt date. But he had only attended to look prior to ordering the part. The part was difficult to source so after another week the engineer came to fit the new seal. Due to the difficulty pulling the washer out we had agreed it best to leave it in the middle of the kitchen, not expecting it to be another week to fit! Paid the engineer then received demanding “pay now”email and message from company presumably an error but no explanation! Engineer was very good.

The man was here for literally 5 minutes, did nothing to help, told me my fridge was beyond economic repair, this cost me just short of 100 pounds..... hardly fair

Everything was fine until you started bombarding me with requests for a review of "How did we do?" If you did badly, I would have contacted you direct. Otherwise, leave me alone! The engineer who did the work was exemplary.
