Good communication from the company and particular engineer (Danny) who kept me informed of progress when parts had to be ordered. Very polite and sociable whilst maintaining a professional approach.

Dishwasher repair call out did not fix the issue but did cost me 82 pounds. Many of the parts for my dishwasher are obsolete now or come to more than 50% of the value of a new unit as my model was the cheapest on offer. Recommended a new dishwasher. Unhappy with outcome but the engineer was professional and polite.

Getting the repair right first time and having the correct components. Time keeping was also very good.
We needed a glass oven door replacing after it was accidentally smashed. A local repairer couldn’t get parts, so I tried Service Site. They were very prompt and efficient and had the door replaced within a few days.
Although the tumble dryer was fixed the engineer damaged my wood flooring due to a screw been left on the floor and pushing the appliance back with out checking.
Fast efficient service and very easy to arrange. Engineer was great too. All costs transparent and had the option not to go ahead with work needed but after such a steep call out fee I carried on. Work not guaranteed for long either. You pay for the convenience.
Unfortunately did not fix the dishwasher as new circuit board is expensive and it's better to get new dishwasher as I also paid £160 to get what he thought was the fault with it...how ever he was very good and professional
Extremely rude and patronising individual. I called the engineer who started to shout at me for calling him. I would not recommend their services whatsoever, felt they were extremely intimidating and they summarily cancelled on me. They sent multiple confusing emails that I was seeking to find clarification on.

I waited in all day for the appointment to receive a call at 3.40pm saying could I send over a picture of the serial number so he could price up the job, even though I'd emailed this over days prior. Advised he wouldn't come as he didn't have the part. Not heard anything further since texting a picture of the serial number and now received an email asking me to pay the call-out fee! They never even completed the call-out! Not getting a dime out of me - shoddy, terrible service!
Becareful everyone ! I was Sent an invoice a couple of days after the repair of the washing machine for £94 but on the day ... Paid £118 ( If I rem correctly) By the engineer on the day ? Completely shady .. If you have options ? pick another choice !
