Peter was ahead of his scheduled arrival (text received the night before), which was appreciated. He was friendly, efficient and accommodating of our two nosy beagles, who couldn’t help meet and greet but so too want to check out what may be lurking behind the washing machine when pulled out! Although the genuine part wasn’t available, he fitted a generic pump fitting and the machine is purring again - back in workhorse mode! Super service for what I believe to be a fair ‘quick to repair’ cost.

Reasonably quick call out, identified fault fast and ordered part at fault Received part ordered confirmation etc and due date. Informed of its arrival with engineer and always informed well in advance of intended engineers arrival time, which was accurate! Ook the time to show me the issue we had. Really good service, fair pricing , good to know.

Chris Came and couldn't fix my washer, charged me £70.82, no receipt, despite emailing and asking 3 time's, no letter headed report, contacted the head office, was told the bill should be £59 plus vat, so I was ripped off.. Communication is terrible, nobody answers the phone, emails are never replied with what you asked.. I will never ever use this company again. Turned out in the end I had jumped the gun and everything was eventually sorted out, they provided me with everything as promised and even though numerous emails were exchanged, in the end they all did a very good professional job.

Was able to change my appointment without any fuss. Also the machine is working again. Would use in future if another appliance breaks down!

Although this repair was booked for Monday 3rd April, Simon was unable to commit to this date. He did however, come on Sunday 2nd April which was amazing. I found him very friendly, cheerful and informative. He fixed my washer in no time and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Simon, you are a star

Prompt next day service by our local engineer. We identified the issue with the main callout item and he gave friendly advice on another item being uneconomical to repair.

The guy was really nice to the owner of the washing machine he had to repair, explained everything and stayed for as long as he needed to (1h30) to sort things out.

Nico, who did the job, was first-class, punctual, and also a very amiable sort of person. Well done all round for him. Small point: it'd be useful to have an itemised breakdown emailed after the job, not jut a receipt for the total. But no problem!
