I contacted the company on line on Tuesday 2nd May to book an engineer to visit so that my Beko tumble dryer start button could be repaired. I filled in the form expecting someone to phone to tell me they could come on Wednesday but when no one rang I contacted another company directly by phone and they agreed to send an engineer on Friday 5th May. On Wednesday 3rd I found an email informing me that Ben would be coming on Wednesday 3rd May, which he did then ordered the part and contacted me very prompt that he would be back to fit it on Saturday morning.

A terrible experience. Did not resolve the problem and after paying £106.80 initial call out fee, are now billing me for the second visit where they did not fix my washing machine. Engineer was supposed to be sourcing me a new one which never happened. I feel completely ripped off. Company had the audacity to send me an email stating the job is complete. Their email does not work as I am trying to get an answer why I have to pay £213.60 in total for absolutely nothing. A complete sham and rip off. Will still try to get an answer but am not hopeful. If I don't get any where and have to pay for a second visit where nothing was accomplished will seek legal advice and leave reviews where I can saying not to touch this company

Our engineer was extremely personable , polite and very knowledgeable. He also came out on the same day we requested an appointment which was a bank holiday. He found the problem , ordered the required parts and came back to fit within a couple of days.
