Friendly and efficient service - the engineer called to ask if it was convenient to attend and was on the job close to 8.30 am. He had the spare element on the van and the oven was fixed and sorted before 9.00 am.

Resolved knocking sound on washing machine which was great. Only negative was did not reposition machine back exactly as he found it, on vibration damping pads.
This was an excellent service .Engineer came out first thing , identified the problem and ordered the part on Monday.Kept in touch over the next couple of days.We had a fully repaired and working fridge freezer by Wednesday morning. Price was very reasonable .I recommend this company.
