Booking online was very easy. I was informed of the cost and when the engineer was scheduled. The engineer called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was extremely competent in diagnosing the fault and prescribing the solution. Returned promptly to fit the replacement part. The appliance is now as good as new.

I was really disappointed at the fact he couldn’t repair my cooker couldn’t take it out so wasn’t repaired and was charged call it fee although your Wed site said no fix no fee

They say one price on the website with no hidden charge but when it comes to the actual payment price becomes more then they mentioned saying its vat .

I used this site to book an engineer who duly arrived said my fridge freezer could be repaired and proceeded to charge me just over £95 two days later it was obvious that no repair had been effected I texted to ask for a further visit but was informed that they were shut and would look up prices as to parts that may be needed as they didn’t bother asking the make or model number of my fridge freezer I wasn’t over surprised that this never came I’ll also be reviewing the service company provider as these people just pass your details on to a local ish company if I’d have read the terms and conditions before agreeing to a visit I think I’d have got a better deal going direct.

Jack was brilliant. He arrived at the time promised and although the oven couldn’t be fixed at the time, he immediately ordered the parts and again arrived as promised Easter Saturday.

It is more than 48 hours since I submitted my written request for an engineer to fix my fridge freezer which has a noisy continuous motor probably indicating a problem to be avoided. Calls divert to an answering machine that promises call back - which does not happen. I suspect that enquiries are sent to service providers based on your postcode - and if none respond you also get no response. In future I will confine my search to local trade directories. After posting this review, I received an email to say they could not find a suitable engineer.

From within 10 minutes of making contact the company and engineer kept me fully informed about the appointment. My problem was easily fixed but what a nice engineer. Would happily recommend to others.

Quick and kind. The problem was easy to solve (my bad) but it was solved in one minute

They did a good inspection of my washing machine, ordered the parts and fixed it as quickly as they could. They also rang me before the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Very happy with the job and the engineer was very friendly.
