Although my refund was granted as it should have been. The process is difficult, insensitive, very very intrusive and timely. To request medical evidence is very invasive into a person's privacy and rights. I will never buy secure my booking again I'd rather offer my tickets to friends or family. I'm disgusted at the indecency you have and that you are so distrusting. We buy tickets for something to go to that's entertaining and fun. I'm not scamming money back I was very poorly and heartbroken to miss a night out with my best friend at an incredible show. Your approach to what we pay for in case of illness or accident is insensitive and invasive. Invasion of my privacy. I couldn't go is enough due to ill health more than enough. Requiring proof proof and documentation totally unacceptable. I paid for a service that took more time to claim back than the night out would have.

I was very happy with the service provided by Secure My Booking. I was not able to attend an afternoon performance of The LIon King on the 15th January 2025 bacause of urgent eye surgery. I received an email to let me know my application for a refund had been successful on the 9th February 2025 and within a few days the money had arrived in my bank account.

Purchased 3 concert tickets as a Christmas present but mum was hospitalised for 10 days shortly before date. She was home a couple of days before the show but not well enough to go out. Disappointed, but had taken out insurance on the tickets and made online claim - straightforward and only required reasonable documentation. Received acknowledgment of claim and then full refund well within the mentioned timeframe. Shame we missed the show but insurance cover certainly took the financial sting out of the situation. Would use this service again, just in case.

I submitted my claim on the Wednesday evening and the payment appeared in my account on the Friday morning. The whole process was straightforward and trouble-free.
