Excellent ease with which I got my ticket refunds. Needed a doctor’s letter which was uploaded with no problem.
I am appalled by the cancellation requirements. I cannot attend a performance as I have an auto-immune health problem, currently there is a high ratio of Covid, Norovirus and flu in our area. This means it is very unwise for me to attend the performance with so many people present. Apparently I would need a letter confirming my medical condition from my GP. This leaves me with wasting my GP time, putting my health at risk of cathching an infection or at worst a hospital admission. The request by you of a letter from my GP, would cost me around £25/30.
Such an easy quick process after unfortunately not being well enough to add a showing of the lion witch and wardrobe. I will definitely ensure I have ticket protection going forward especially for those shows booked so far in advance.

We came down with the winter cold the day before our visit to the theatre. On the following day I contacted Secure My Booking to see if I was eligible for a refund. Angela was superb. She took me through the procedure step by step. Having completed the form I phoned again with a small query and was told exactly what to do by another lady - sorry, didn't take the name down. That was Friday and the refund was received on Sunday. Amazing service. Thanks
To start with I had paid refund protection. When I was diagnosed with lung problems I applied for a refund. I duly submitted hospital xray card but that sasny enough. I then ha to submit a further hospital letter and then my refund was given. So not too bad.
