Still waiting for a letter from bank to explain why $299 refund resulted in only $269. My bank has told me incoming wire transfer is $15 so it is possible outgoing bank charged $15 too. Canada.
That was the long and complicated procedure. Many emails, too much , for my opinion, not necessary proofs and documents for someone, who payed for ticket cancelation. For example, why need the date of ticket purchase , if you see the booking confirmarion, the date and cancelation fees payed.
