Overall, Saratoga Wine is a good web site with decent pricing and shipping. My biggest gripe is their inventory is not real-time, so when I have researched the exact wine I wish and then place the order, receive the order confirmation, and a day later get notified the item is out of stock, I HATE that. Why does their site have a "check availability" when it really doesn't do anything?

They had the hard to find wine that I was looking for and shipped it out immediately. Huzzah!

I have made several purchases from Saratoga and they have excellent service, communication is great. The one time they were out of a selection I made they made an excellent choice for a substitution. I always know when my order ships, never had an issue.

The service that Saratoga Wines provides is fantastic but as an international customer, it is difficult to complete the order with my Australian address. The website order process does not accommodate my Sender details so I have to use my parent's USA address. If you want to have international customers, then please update your website to make it easy for us.

The period of time from ordering to receipt of the wines was very quick and I would rate it as outstanding. My one nit pick is that, after receipt of my order was acknowledged, there was a several day delay before I was advised that my order had been accepted and was processed. It left me wondering whether I would actually get the wines.

I shop around for my wine. Overall Saratoga Wine does is a very good value. Their prices are in the ball park and selection is very good. The key to Saratoga Wine is there customer service, no question way above normal. If you have specif instructions(say shipping), they are followed to your requests. I have been a customer for many, many years. I have had only one problem. It was handled in a professional manner. Even when I had lost documentation, to my complete satisfaction. My only suggestion would be to keep working on shipping rates. When you purchase fifteen or more cases a year, it does add up a little. Thanks for your continued excellent service. JB
