I ordered the Master Distiller's No. 3 from Jack Daniel's. The bottle arrived but was missing the limited edition box it comes with. I am trying to find a time to contact customer service for the return but I am in meetings back-to-back each day so it's difficult to do this. I have 2 minutes between a meeting so I decided to quickly fill out this survey.

In addition to order confirmation, I received a second email that my order was put together ready to ship. When I asked about an estimated arrival date, received an immediate response. Terrific customer service, order shipped right away and arrived well packaged so all of the wine and labels were in great shape. I'd recommend!

Great selection of Brunellos and Cali Pinots and Cabs. Typically purchase online from Morrell and Zachys but the prices were better and the shipping was quick and free. Great find - will definitely purchase again.
