Whenever I am in the market for a case of excellent red wine at an affordable price, I turn to the Saratoga Exchange. Not only is the selection of fine wines incredible, but the price per bottle is very reasonable. I recently purchased a case of one of my everyday favorites (Mad Dogs & Englishmen) and a case of a Spanish Red (rated 94) at under $20. While I have yet to sample the latter, I can rely on the Saratoga Exchange to deliver a wine as they have rated it.

Have ordered from SaratogaWine on several occasions. Always received exactly what I ordered in a very timely manner, and at very competitive prices. Will continue to order my wines from them--Hope to order some of their featured wines sometime.

I think Saratoga's wine selection is great, including lots of organic and biodynamic wines difficult to find elsewhere. The prices are also very good, making it worth shopping there despite shipping costs. Orders are promptly filled, properly packed, and delivered in good condition. I would buy more wine from them if their website was better, hence the missing star. The search function is horrible, and the frustration drives me away. I often go there AFTER finding out they have the wine through Wine-Searcher.

I recently purchased 2 bottles of Pappy Van Winkle's bourbon. The website was accurate and easy to use. My order was shipped quickly. I will use this site agsin without reservations.

I recently ordered a case of wine and paid extra for second day shipping, only to be told there is really no difference from regular ground shipping. If that is the case, why even offer 2nd day shipping? I don't get it. More transparency would help customers select the best shipping option for them, and avoid over-paying for an option that this business admits cannot meet expectations. I was promised a $24 and change refund for the extra I paid for expedited shipping that did not transpire, but have yet to see the refund. Hoping it will be reflected soon on my credit card statement. Email communications were timely, but I hope the company will come through with correcting the above shortcoming, plus issuing my expedited shipping refund. Cheers!
