Saratoga Wine has a great deal on a light, crisp Chardonnay we enjoy at our favorite Northwest-inspired restaurant. In the restaurant, we pay almost $40 for the bottle; it's under $11 from Saratoga. That value, combined with excellent Spanish and Italian reds with great ratings, makes Saratoga Wine a new favorite!! Thank you so much!

I was notified when the wine was going to be shipped and when that time arrived and the weather turned very bad and there was a chance of freezing the recommended delaying shipment unless ti was an emergency.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a very specific bottle of wine from Italy and I was sent the wrong bottle. I asked about it and they had both the picture wrong as well as the description of wine. They in fact didn't carry the bottle that was pictured/described. Worst part is they still have that bottle of wine pictured with the wrong description on their site. Make sure you are getting what you ordered. I will not order from this site again. Also, I am very frustrated with their customer service. They are not helpful.

This was the first time I had an opportunity to make a purchase from Saratoga Wine and was extremely pleased with the service. Product was shipped the day of my order and delivered two days later.

Have been buying wine for some time - fas delivery, good follow up, prompt tracking info.

Ordering was a little frustrating. I wanted to purchase a case of one wine. When I selected twelve in the item box, it did tell me there were only 7 bottles in stock. It didn't tell me if they were back ordered, if I could wait until they had a case, if there was never going to be any more. Only that there were the 7 in stock. The extra step of verifying your order was also different from my other experiences but that did go okay. Seemed to add an extra day to process, but no big deal. Wine shipped/arrived quickly after order status changed to "in process". Packaging kept bottles extremely safe. I would order from this company again. Thanks for being prompt.

Love the wine selections and how fast they ship. Website is very quick and easy to is use. Only negative comment that I have is they do not offer any discount for returning customers or re-orders, that would be very nice for customers that place multiple orders.
