Looked around for the best price for 1983 Don PX. It's super hard to find. They had an excellent price for it and a pretty decent shipping rate. They shipped fast. It was supposed to be here in two days. It did take three, but that's not their fault. The shipping company had an issue with the address. It still came a few days before I needed it. The customer service reps were quick to help me, apologized for the inconveniences, which was still fine for me they sent it two day air. The phone call was the only inconvenience, but I had no issues when talking to them. They were impressive. The bottles came extremely well packed and were as nice as if I had grabbed them from their store shelves. I will buy from again and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have had very good experience with Saratoga Wine. They are very efficient and is the only wine distributor that handles Canyon Road wines, which come from Northern California. We live in Arizona and order from New York in order to purchase their wine.

My wine was delivered in perfect condition, as described, and within the advertised time-frame. The prices were good and the wine tremendous. I will return.

I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it at a competitive price even with the shipping cost. The emailed me when they delayed the order due to the winter blizzard so the wine would not freeze sitting in a truck somewhere. Proactive, friendly customer service!

I ordered a case of wine. Saratoga wine was concerned with storms/weather conditions on east cost and freezing weather and possibility of winter freezing temperatures affecting the wine. They communicated that they made the decision to delay shipment until favorable conditions. They take pride in providing their customers with a quality product to it destination. During the extreme cold in the northeast, Saratoga wrote to say they were not going to ship immediately because of their concerns about the wine sitting in the cold. THANKS, Saratago! Great Service

They had the wines I wanted and didn't seem to overcharge for the amazing selection. My only issue was with FedEx delivery, not their fault but their decision. I stayed home so i could sign for it (over 21), then FedEx said I wasn't home but I was (and no door tag was left behind). It all arrived in one piece about 4 days later than I expected. Had to wonder how the wine fared being juggled all through the city for 4 days in sub-zero temperatures.
