Was looking for a rare Scotch that SW had on their website. They said it was not in stock but they could have it in two days from when I called. It got in a day or so later than promised but they called me to let me know and again when it came in a day or two later. Very pleased with their service

Great service and easy to order. My only complaint is that the wine came encased in heavy Styrofoam stacked about 5 feet high. I'm very environmentally conscious but nowhere to recycle them. I'd give them 5 stars if packed in heavy corrugated cardboard, instead which is recyclable. Thank you.

Would be great if you could log in from your websites front page, get into account, see prior orders and simply re-order. If there is a login button on that front page, it isn't noticeable. I would imagine many of your customers order the same thing often. Make that easy. Also, maybe send push notifications that give me recommendations on simlar wines, etc, as what my history shows
Process went very smoothly and emails kept me updated on the order. I was so happy they had the wine I wanted. Order came today as expected.
