I was very apprehensive about ordering fish online. I ordered two clowns, a starfish, two fighting conchs, a coral frag, a clam and an urchin. All arrived alive and in good condition. The customer service was very patient with me explaining my bill for it was a bit confusing. I would order again but they are located two and a half hours from my house by car. If I can pick up my purchase, no problem. My order was flew to Indianapolis to L.A. and then to Tampa. It still was over night shipping but still not secure when I saw the route Fed Ex took

My order came super quick and everyone but one hermit crab came perfectly happy! It appeared the 1 hermit crab may have not been in the shell when they bagged it for my order. Nothing that a quick claim didn't fix. I showed them the photos of the empty shell and within minutes I got the refund of the one hermit crab. Otherwise, flawless experience! Everyone else came happy and healthy. Thank you!

I ordered an Achilles tang, a brown powder tang, and a black velvet angel also a damsel fish. The fish are great they look amazing, the people were so nice and helpful, the fish are actually on the bigger side. I am very pleased will definitely buy from them again!!

One of the best online fish stores there is. Excellent customer service. I ordered 3 fish, sea urchin, zoa frag and a shrimp. Everything came in well packaged and everything is thriving in my tank. When I had an issue with something, they took care of it for me promptly.

I ordered a Dwarf Flame Angelfish, Blonde Naso Tang, Royal Gramma, and a Male Melanurus wrasse. Picked them up at the prearranged fed ex hold location the next morning. My new arrivals came very well packed in a styrofoam container with peanuts and a ice pack for the sweltering Texas heat. All fish arrived very healthy and beautiful. They just finished their first meal this evening and swimming all over the place exploring my 245 gallon aquarium. Only fish I haven’t seen since they were put in is my Royal Gramma, but I’m sure he/she will come out of hiding.

I gave 5 stars even though I lost all 5 off the green chromis I bought in my shipment. I lost 1 the first day, never did swim right after a 2 hour acclimation. Lost 2 more the next day and on the 3rd they were all dead. After this happened I got on the website to see what could be done. That is when I read the 14 day live guarantee. Unfortunately (my fault) I didn't do what need to be done. Is there any chance you would be willing to replace them as a good will gesture? Now that I see how easy the shipping is I will be buying more in the future.

I’ve ordered 3 fish (just ordered the 3rd). The fish get here in good shape. I’ve had no problems with sicknesses so far. I’ll keep ordering from them!
