I received my fish exactly when they said. They were acclimated and are eating and are doing great! I will continue to buy from them! Their customer service is awesome too!!!

Excellent experience! Friendly customer service. Fish arrived within 48 hours alive and healthy appearing. The free clownfish was very small but it was free so no complaints. Looking to order more fish in the near future.

Placed order to receive free shipping and additional gift. Gift (Ricordea) didn’t arrive. Contacted vendor. Store representative assured me that the free gift (Recordea) would be added to next purchase. Made second purchase. Received free shipping and store credit for one dead fish from first order. Order arrived. No Recordia. Contacted store and spoke with same rep. She said there is a note about an issue with Recordea and I would get it with next purchase. Surely an alternate could have been shipped! I’m done with false advertising! Nice fish. Poor customer service!

Many things went wrong. Period. First I ordered 5 gobies. In one bag that marked had 3 gobies inside, I only got 1. So I filed a request for missing items. They automatically texting told me come back in a few days. Next for the Anthias I ordered. It was thin/malnutrition down to like a piece of paper. It died after the 1st day in my standalone tank. I wish this site allow me to upload picture so I can show how skinny the fish is when it arrives. In both cases above, I have to wait 3 days to see if they will pay for the deceased fish. Overall, I think while they give out lots of freebies but you need to think about quality of fish you are getting. How many really arrive in good condition and how many make it in the next few days. Then the hassle and turn around time on filing claims (assume they will take your claim)

This is the 3rd or 4th time I placed an order with Saltwater Fish. They have a wide variety of fish, clean up crews and tank accessories. A lot of sales. They also stand behind what they sell. I would highly recommend.

I had a bit of trouble trying to make an account, but that was probably more my fault. I'm not great with technology. I finally got it and made my purchase, my fish are due to arrive on 9/27/22. I chose the Fed-X building to pick my fish up at so they aren't in truck for who knows how long.

Some of my fish arrived DOA. Saltwater Fish gave me full credit refund for the dead ones. I have used “Saltwater Fish” for decades and I love them and their marine critters!!!

Ordered snails that were all dead fixed with a store credit then ordered coral and arrived dead and they were so generous to give me a $10 credit after all the shipping I paid for dead stuff. Thanks saltwater fish.com. I’m DONE

This was the first time I’ve ordered fish online and was nervous. Everything went great and all fish, inverts, and algae were in great shape and doing well. I was aware of the weather when I ordered and wouldn’t do this year round as I live in the Midwest. I would order from them again.
