The web site makes it very easy to purchase Saltwater Fish, and very easy to spend your money….lol. The sizes seem to be very accurate. Also, I like the shipping experience where you have the option of FedEx holding your package at the hub for pick up. Saves your creature from bouncing around on the delivery truck for hours. My hub is 2.5 miles from my home and I actually pick up on my way home from work……I work 7pm to 7am.

Gotta love saltwater fish...my order got stranded in Texas, I assume on a loading dock. Near total loss. These guys bent over backwards to replace every last animal. Thanks guys. Great job!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and very efficient.

I am very impressed by the customer service here. My very first order I saw the fish I'd been wanting, a midas blenny, on sale for $35! However before I could complete my order the price had changed to the normal $79 price in the cart. It was a "super special" price and it has apparently just expired. Mary from their CS chat quickly offered to get the special price reinstated so I could process my original order. A+ so far!

Fed Ex delayed my shipment and I called customer service and said they would reship them the next time that I would be home. I hate it that Fed Ex killed my fish and my clean up crew. But when I contacted Saltwater Fish. Customer service people that I spoke with were excellent and and very caring. they have impeccable service. They will not disappoint you, but Fed Ex will.

I have to admit I am a skeptic about mail order marine life but decided to give saltwaterfish,com a chance. I have made several orders from them now and have been pleased with all the fish and inverts that I have received. I will say that I have had a problem with an order and they responded promptly and sent a replacement the next day which was fine upon arrival. I do suggest using the priority or pick up option to reduce the stress on fish.

If you've been in this hobby for a while, you understand there will be a few DOAs and DAAs. SWF has been great on the rare occasion it happens. No major fuss, store credit, and the credit doesn't appear to expire (hate that). Today I submitted an order early morning. Several hours later I noticed there was a special I missed, so I contacted them to request the bonus I asked for be switched - even after the special expired. No issues at all, so amazing customer service is what I have come to expect. I will still purchase from my LFS as it's important to support our local brick & mortars, but as far as online retailers go - SWF is top notch.

Just received my order today. Everything was carefully packaged. Everything looks healthy and happy. Fish started to eat right away and the crocea clam opened right away. Will see how things move along.

Just received my order from saltwaterfish.com, unfortunately my six line wrasse didn't make the journey, called right away and spoke to customer service, 15 minutes later had an email stating a new six line would be in his way to me. Some of the best live rock I’ve ever seen, shipped from FL, reasonably priced, well packaged & shipped right away. Couldn’t recommend higher. This stuff was packed with hitchhikers, and coated with different coraline algae. Worth every penny. Even more worth it when you consider shipping is applied!
