I purchased a Black Ocellaris Clownfish from Oceans' Garden Aquaculture. The fish arrived visibly sick with Marine Ich, the entire face was covered in spots, along with spots on the fins, and fin rot. We immediately treated him with MetroPlex, but it was too late. He died within a few days after starving to death and being unable to breathe due to the Marine Ich. I am extremely disgusted that Oceans' Garden actively sends infected fish to paying customers. Not only did I spend money on this fish, but I had to spend money on additional costly medication. I contacted Oceans' Garden and they did not return my call -- it only goes to show how poor their customer service is, and how they only care to make a quick buck. DO NOT BUY FROM OCEANS' GARDEN AQUACULTURE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FISH TO COME INFESTED WITH PARASITES!!!!!!! This company doesn't even deserve one star, so consider this rating ZERO STARS! ALSO, Saltwaterfish.com just attempted to have this review removed. I spoke directly with the people at Ocean Gardens’ and they asked me to leave the review under their parent company, saltwaterfish.com through TrustPilot. They even sent me a link to this page. ZERO STARS!

This is my first time ever ordering live items online. I had to call in to get help and the gentleman that helped me got through everything and did amazing. Also the others I talked to helped me get things completed. Very pleased and would order again.
Customer service reached out about my order due to a major snow storm headed to my area. Not only was I impressed that they monitor the weather in destination areas, but care enough about the livestock to ensure they avoid any possibility of low temperature death. Having a delay is disappointing, but better a delay than subjecting livestock to below freezing temperatures while they sit in a box on a truck until the delivery can be made. Once the storm passed, our new sea hare was dispatched and arrived less than 24 hours later, well packaged with a still warm heat pack. Sea hares don't always travel well, and this little guy arrived perky, hungry, and had no sign of distress or inking while in transit. Completely worth the wait! Thank you Saltwaterfish.com!

I had a doa on a previous order and was going to ship another immediately but I requested to wait. So months later I mentioned shipping replacement with a new order I just made and they said it’s in the works to do so. Very happy with saltwaterfish. Com. I have always had no problems on several orders
They delayed. My order 3 times. They said do to weather. That was. BS. The weather was the same for the last 4 or 5 days. Will not order from them again that is for sure !!
