We are very pleased with the fish that we received. We had never got fish ordered and delivered before, but will definitely be ordering again! The fish are healthy. We had to wait on the order a few days longer than expected to make sure all fish passed their inspection. No problem there, glad they will only send healthy fish.
Livestock always arrives in great condition!! Excellent guarantee as well.
I will not use this company for ordering fish anymore. They sent a fish that was half the size of what I paid for and wouldn't adjust the price. I never had this problem with liveaquaria.com so I'll just stick with them from now on.

I had a bad experience with these guys about ten years ago, but decided to try them again because they were recommended fairly highly by the commenters of BRS. Big mistake. Of all the online fish retailers I've shopped with over the years, Saltwaterfish.com is the ONLY one that has ever delivered items Dead On Arrival. They did honor my guarantee request- by sending me another Dead On Arrival specimen. I don't know if they have incompetent packers or if their livestock is just that unhealthy, but I won't be ordering from them again. The guarantee means nothing if they're just going to keep sending fish corpses.
Everything I order always comes in excellent shape. I have ordered items that have not made it due to delay, and they are great about fixing it quickly.
I just received my first order today so far so good everything arrived alive just as their website described it.
