Easy to order and a lot of options!

The absolute WORST! company to order from. I placed an order and it said online it would ship out the next business day (being the following day as I ordered on Sunday) it is now Friday night of the same week and the order still hasn’t even went past the processing stage. I called on Tuesday and the rep told me it’s be shipping out the next day and we’ll that was a lie also hence it being Friday and still not shipped. I got an email from customer service saying it is expected to ship at the beginning of NEXT WEEK this is RIDICULOUS it happened to me once and I decided to give them a second chance but I will not be ordering from them again.

I can’t believe this the first one they shipped it was doa and looked dead for awhile the second one they shipped was also dead and it looked like they put in an ice pack instead of a heat pack freaking ridiculous unreal will never spend mo eh with them again

I was skeptical at first ever buying fish online and having them shipped to my house. I have made purchases from Saltwaterfish.com for a couple of years now, every issue has always been addressed quickly and satisfaction met with their guarantee. Very pleased with the packaging of the fish and quality of corals. Appreciate the the contact when something is not up to their standard and offering a substitute or to refund the order. Fish came in alive but barely bag must've ran out of oxygen or something but I had to skip acclimation and put him immediately in my tank he pulled through though and is a beautiful fish
