This was our first time ordering livestock online, and I'm very pleased. We ordered and bunch of snails, a cleaner shrimp, and some conchs, all arrived alive, healthy, and after acclimating, are now in happily awaiting there quarantine period, will definitely use them again!
I had a delay with the shipping and the customer service was right on top of it and resolved the issue. They immediately credited my account and resent my item . 0 stress And I continue using them.

Very happy with my order. Specimens were larger than expected. Turbo snail was huge. I have ordered from other companies and specimens were very small and some did not survive shipping. Everything arrived alive and overnight delivery. I will be ordering from here again. Customer service has been great.

Tristan was very helpful when I purchased two cuttlefish hatchlings by answering questions I had. One did not survive shipping and they gave me a refund for that. The other would not eat and died and they gave me store credit. The customer service has been fantastic so I have bought another cuttlefish and will hopefully have better results this time. Shipping was fast, I’m just very disappointed in the care for my delivery. I ordered a bubble tip anemone and 2 days later I’m happy to open my new arrival for my reef tank only to discover a bag I can hardly look through with a half dead anemone. The anemone looks terrible, I put him in a separate quarantine tank and he seems to be doing a little better but he’s still in pretty poor shape, was super stoked to order from here since my mates said it was a great place for online marine livestock.

1. Packed fish with no heat pack. Fish arrived in poor condition with one of them DOA. The water temperature was in the 60s. The two remaining fish subsequently died as well after a few days. 2. Response to customer inquiries and Guarantee submissions is extremely slow. 3. Order prep and shipping is not same day. 4. On one order, FedEx delayed the shipment by a day causing the fish to, again, arrive in poor condition and one of them DOA. While it was not their fault that the shipment was delayed, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience and the person I spoke with did not call me back as promised to update me on the delayed shipment's status. My overall experience with this company has been extremely poor to say the least. Once my store credits are all used up, I will no longer be patronizing this website.
I was a little afraid to order because I had seen a video of a guy unpacking fish and they were all dead. I tried them and ordered 8 different fish, got them yesterday. All were perfect! I acclimated them and put them in tank, all are happy and healthy, So I ordered another $230 of fish today! Great specials also. Thank you!
