Fish were shipped and delivered right on time. I only wish they included more water in the bags for the fish as it doesn't leave much room for error as they're moved around.

Easy website to use. Great customer service!

The shipment went to FedEx on time. However, on several purchases 1/2 the fish didn't survive more than 24 hours despite following the acclimation protocol. This time 1 fish was DOA and a number of the snails and hermit crabs were dead. I'm going to us my local fish store from now on even though the selection isn't as great.

It was easy to navigate around the website and all the information they give you on whatever your buying is a great help, I highly recommend them.

I have made several purchases from Saltwaterfish.com over the years. They have mostly been very reliable and ship good quality specimens. Every now and again, they'll ship an order that may be short because an item ordered may no longer be available. That isn't a problem in most cases. The annoying part is, they don't contact you first to see if you agree to receive a partial order. In my most recent order, I wasn't allowed to select the date I wanted to receive my order. That option was always something that kept me coming back to Saltwaterfish.com. If there is no shipping date options available when I place my next order, I may search for another vendor who does offer this option. If you have a problem with a DOA or a specimen that doesn't survive a couple weeks, provided you acclimated properly and it isn't being bullied, they are good about providing a refund (DOA) or store credit for an animal that dies during the first couple of weeks. All things considered, Saltwaterfish.com is a reliable shop if you are looking to buy online.

Always have been recieving healthy orders from them and packed nicely and fast shipping. I believe I've been ordering from them for 7 years? Some fish I have from them are still alive.

Fast shipping - lost a shrimp due to Fedex delivering 8 hours late. SWF replaced without question. The rest of my order(fish and inverts) were all in great shape and great examples. Their value on fish is the best I've found online.

Service has been excellent. In fact, when an item arrived damaged, the replacement was sent out promptly. Good news is normally items are packed so they arrive in good condition.

I feel that if a customer spends over a hundred dollars for a fish then the best shipping should be included with their purchase and not offered priority shipping at the end during check out, it just seems like you are trying to blindside the customer for extra money. After all the animals health is what's important. If priority shipping is the fastest and safest then that is what should be used.

Always great to deal with! I recently had an issue with my shrimp arriving DOA due to a late FEDEX delivery. They replaced it quickly and now he is swimming happily in my tank! Good quality products and shipped with the highest level of product care.
