I received an email today saying the tangs were on sale so immediately I ordered one - was kinda difficult trying to order other stuff as There’s a waiting list and my coupon didn’t work straight away - but I got it sorted out now looking forward to receiving the fish - the only annoying thing is that it said free shipping but I still got charged shipping

The people running this company are super helpful and pleasant to work with you. I decided I had ordered 3 aggressive fish for the type of setup I was doing and called the company. Mary was happy to change it for me although it was close to the shipping date. Very happy I ordered from this company. Prices were great also. I'm getting 6 fish for just over $100.00 which includes overnight shipping.

Great service. Takes care of us even in Alaska. I wish so much inventory was not waitlisted. If you don’t have the product I would rather it be moved to another area of the website. I spend a huge amount of wasted time looking at items that are waitlisted.
I would give 5 but a lot if items aren’t available in fish and corals. Customer service is very good..the best Ive dealt with! I will definitely order from them again in fact I already have👍🏻

Very slow delivery. Ordered on the 2nd and did not ship until the 8th and estimated delivery is the 15th. Curious to see that the items I ordered are correct and in good shape....yet to be seen.
My latest experience with Saltwater was a big disappointment. The original shipment arrived two days late and with 56 degree water temperature. After filing a guarantee claim, the items were sr- shipped and arrived on time. The disappointment came from replacing the Umbrella Leather Coral with one that is half the size of the original purchase that I paid $104.00 for. This is quite a let down, I never thought they would pull something like this.

I received my order today. Zoa colony has about 1” of water In it and that water looked look dirty creek water, cold at that being there was no heat pack. The brain coral I bought had a stock picture and was sized small medium which the picture looked. When it showed up, it was the size of a quarter. Completely unsatisfied. We’ll see if they hold up to their commitment.

Sorry but our fish died shortly after putting him in the tank. We drip acclimated him for over and hour but he looked very weak and when we put him in the tank he had trouble swimming against the current and he disappeared to the bottom only to find he had died an hour later... our zoa garden was fine.
Very helpful customer service, will answer any questions and guarantees fish for 15 days , most local pet stores will not warranty saltwater fish . Will def order from saltwaterfish.com again.
We had some difficulty with FedEx shipping delays more than once in a series of transactions. As a consequence, some of the livestock didn't live for more than a few days after acclimation. We were very persistence and continued to ship replacements for the non-survivors, but FedEx would delay the shipment and we would try again. Through all of the six orders, the staff was wonderful to work with and they resolved all of my concerns. As you can imagine, the billing became a mess, yet the staff delivered again by politely untangling the bill. I'm sad about the deceased fish, but completely satisfied with the manner by which the staff at saltwaterfish pleasantly took control of the situation. Thank you! Best Regards, Scott
I must say I was pleased what customer service did my ordered was delayed by Federal Express when I picked it up at the FedEx station I quickly open the box 2 fishes were dead but one was alive. I quickly emailed Saltwater fish. And they responded quickly. I took the fish got him acclimated and put some stress coat. The company was kind to offer me New order or refund me. They also emailed me later just to follow up on how was the fish doing. I have ordered from them before and this was the first time this dad happened. But I am pleased with the service they gave me.👍🐠
