I ordered a cleanup crew consisting of snails, hermit crabs and a Lawnmower Blenny last Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Saltwaterfish.com shipped it FedEx overnight on Thursday. FedEx delayed the shipment until Monday and as expected almost everything was dead. I contacted Saltwaterfish and was immediately asked if I wanted a free reshipment or a refund, no photos required, forms to fill out, or hoops to jump through. I've been a customer for several years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I'm happy to say Saltwaterfish.com is just as dependable when things go wrong as when they go right.

I had ordered a fish. When i got it, the fish was laying on its side and not moving to much. Had a video of the fish and sent it to them. Spent about 100 with shipping. So they gave me store credit for just what i paid for the fish. About $45.so had to buy some thing else. Then i thought i would spend 15 bucks and the shipping would be free cause it would add up to about 45 nope i had to spend what they gave me back and pay shipping out my pocket. Another $80 on top of what i already spent. Waiting to see what happens next

Ordered a bubble tip and it came in wonderful condition. Very healthy. Ordered three fish one had passed away while shipping but they issued a Full refund within 24 hours no questions asked. I will definitely be a returning customer. Shipping containers were great quality and you could tell they had all been packed with care. They have great customer service!

i have ordered from salt water fish in the past with mostly good results it has been a while for various reasons i finally found some things i like at o k prices when i see free shipping i assume it means to my house like in the past i understand the box charge but i do not understand why i had to pay an additional 6.99 to have shipped to my house i know this is a minor issue but it did bother me to get to fed ex pick up is a issue for me thanks will use again
