Ordered some fish. Got it on time and all the fishes came healthy . Perfect size as mentioned.

I ordered a green carpet anemone listed as Stichodactyla Gigantea on their website. I actually received a green Stichodactyla Haddoni. I don't know if they sent me a wrong one by mistake or they don't know the differences between Haddoni and Gigantea, but it was not exactly what I wanted.

After purchasing live stock, it stated it would be delivered at a certain date. Never received a tracking number, days later I contacted saltwaterfish and they stated there was an error on there website that supposedly has been upgraded. I took the day off to receive the live stock knowing last minute its not arriving. Not to happy about there customer services and goods.

I had one DOA, it was credited right away no fuss. The rest of my order are doing fine more than a month later.

Order a fish dies paid for shipping on that fish and then order thru store credit and then says free shipping but then they say I cannot get free shipping if store credits used will not order again

Horrible site, ripoff, literally stole money from me.

Fish arrived stressed....3 separate bags and one bag was leaking. Warmer was package with thick thick layers in between so fishes were in cold water. Did acclimate them as instructed but all died within 2 hour.

My first experience with them was great and I was looking forward to my next purchase. I bought several animals. 1 was DOA and several more died within days. After some confusion some replacements were shipped and two of those animals died as well. Out of frustration I elected to just give up on buying fish online. That was my last purchase of livestock online, at least from this place. I gave them 3 stars because they were eager to fix the problem once all the confusion was gone but still, one the replacements died and another animal from the original order died. I will just continue to do business with my LFS.

I recently placed an order with Saltwaterish.com and though my freebie was DoA they immediately handled my guarantee request and had my account notated to have a new one included on my next order. Everything else took to the tank beautifully and have been wonderful additions. Looking forward to ordering more marine life for my tank in the future.

Great fish . No problems with anything just make sure to follow the instructions. And all fish are thriving. Will use many more time to come

I got a package before the arrival time and I like the fact that they where all different size so I can watch them grow 👍🏾👍🏾 I will be ordering more in the days to come
