Well, I would have to say I’m very pleased with saltwater fish.com. I placed an order for a fish which unfortunately did not survive. I followed the site request for filing a claim and it was very simple. After submitting the proper information needed i was given store credit. I was so pleased that I quickly used credit to order again. I would recommend saltwater fish.com to family and friends God bless, Feliciano family

Saltwaterfish.com promoted their Father's Day special. Purchase $150 of fish and add a Blue Hippo Tang for $40. I primarily wanted the tang but was also interested in other fish, too, so I filled up my shopping cart. When my order arrived, the tang was dead. I requested a replacement and was told the policy is refund only. After explaining the Father's Day sale, I still got no help. I was told to pay full price for the tang if I wanted another one. I'm convinced the tang was dead before they shipped it, and it was a lure to get me to buy $150 of other fish.

I had 1/2 my fish die, communicated with you via email. There is no way to report dead fish using iOS on the website. So even though your email said I would be credited, I have not been

I have been buying fish and other aquarium products from saltwater fish for the past year. They have good prices and fast shipping.

Ordered 4 aquarium supply items. Only received 3 of 4 items ordered. Called right away to report issue. Was told management would have to handle the problem and I would receive a call Monday. No call Monday, so I called. Same customer service person apologized for the no call. Told me management had contacted shipping to find out what happened and I should hear back no later than Wednesday. Now it is Friday, still no contact from company whatsoever. Paid for an item I never received and cannot get company to make it right or at least call me back! Very frustrating. Feel ripped off as they will not get back to me, send the item, or at least refund my money for the missing item. Not a good first impression as a business. I will not be ordering from them again.
