All fish came in healthy and as described. Even though FedEx messed up and didn't get them to me overnight like they were supposed to.

I received the complete order in great condition. The container was warm, but everything survived. It is very hot here in Vegas right now. The order was delivered this morning. I appreciate the quick shipping on this order as I think another couple days would be a problem. All the critters seem to be adapting with my other critters. My zebra damsels are a bit aggressive and they defend their little caves and they are chasing the Butterflies around a bit, but after a couple hours, the Butterflies found safe hide-outs. Ordered 3 small tangs from these people. I was having an issue with my QT and panicked about the fish arriving. I reached out via email about cancelling and got a response that evening even though it was 5th of July. I was able to resolve the issue and didn't have to cancel. They even gave me the 4th sale price although I ordered the Friday before. Fish arrived a little less than 24hrs via Fedex. They look great and already picking for food. My wife is extremely happy.

I was very happy with the customer support.every question I had they got right back to me.I received all my order and was packed very well.one of my fish did not make it.but this was not saltwater fish’s fault .it was due to wonderful fedex and 2of delays they had.I don’t have any good luck with shipping companies at my location.there just Lazy.the ones that made it and survived are healthy and Beautiful.I will order again from them.and they did give me a refund of the one fish that did not make it.
