Have ordered before with no problems but this time around the pick up location was changed to a FedEx hub that was a 45 minute drive each way vs the normal 3 minute pick up. Guess ill never use the pick up at a "hub" as its better for the fish again. The tracking number also was incomplete, at least when requesting help sheila figured it out and got it back on track.

My starfish was dead on arrival. I am not taking a credit at this point since I would have to take credit and I never plan on ordering from this company again. While prices are good I have had major problems with the product arriving dead or dying in the first day. Every fish I have purchased locally has lived.

SaltwaterFish.com has been great to purchase fish, invertebrates, etc. from. The fish are high quality and are packaged and shipped quickly and the fish do well after acclimation. The one time I did have a fish die on me a couple days after arrival they stood behind their guarantee and credited the cost of the fish to my account. I will definitely purchase from them again when in need of another quality specimen for my tanks.
