The coral appeared to be bagged incorrectly because it was received with the head stuck to a dry area of the bag. We appreciate the 15 day guarantee, however felt it was unfair that a replacement wasn’t sent when one was available on the website. We had to repurchase(using store credit)and pay for shipping and packaging. It was not our fault that it arrived DOA and the same item cost us additional $40 because of shipping and packaging.

Ordered higher end livestock that was shipped overnight; after 4 days in transit, it arrived in bad shape (as to be expected). I sent Saltwaterfish.com a note explaining that the delivery was delayed, and the fish was not in good shape. Further explaining that I was going to attempt to rehab the fish in QT and see how far we get with recovery. Asking should the fish die; if Saltwaterfish.com would completely (100%) replace the lost livestock as long as was within the 15-dayguarantee period. Never got a response or so much as an acknowledgement regarding the delay in shipping. As a business owner myself, when a project (in this case an order) goes sideways, the least another business can do is acknowledge the shortcoming. There are better options for livestock, shop elsewhere.

I have been with you guys since 2016, and all of my fish tanks are stocked with the Saltwater Fish. It’s the quality and vibrant color all of the products come and this order is no different!

I am very happy with my fish, crab and snail orders

My fish and coral arrive on time and in good condition. But I have tried twice to order tigger pods, and both times even though their website indicates in stock, 2 days later I get an email saying out of stock. The second time I even called and spoke to representative, and insured me they are in stock, but called 2 days later to inquire about the order status, and they informed they were out of stock. But like I said they do have good healthy fish and corals.
